Pascal's baguette and began in 1993 as a small, sole- proprietorship in Toronto, Ontario continuing a Bagel/ Dessert making tradition that was started way back then by his grandfather. Our pasty chef Pascal has traveled and apprenticed under that best chefs and returned to Canada with the original recipes in hand and the passion to make a difference in the bakery business.



Today, Pascal's baguette and Bagels has grown to become one of the most reputable Bakery/ Dessert suppliers in Toronto and the GTA area, still owned and operated by its founder with the same dedication and passion.
